 Singing with Sylvia for Christmas

saskatoon adlerian society hosts 'a day for parents'

The deadline is quickly approaching to register for A Day for Parents workshop sponsored by the Saskatoon Adlerian Society. The event, which will be held on Saturday, April 24, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., is an opportunity for parents of all ages and stages to explore discipline and other parenting techniques and to meet other parents who are in the same boat.

There will be a variety of workshops to choose from, all led by experienced Adlerian facilitators. The techniques discussed will promote the principles of mutual respect, belonging, encouragement and cooperation that are based on Dr. Alfred Adler’s psychology.

A $30 registration fee ($50 for co-parents) includes lunch. No registrations or refunds will be accepted after April 20. No child care will be provided, although I was assured that young nursing infants are welcome.
