 Singing with Sylvia for Christmas

baby massage & reflexology class

baby massage & reflexology class
This spring, Mommy Hands Baby Sign Language is offering a unique chance for parents of newborns up to four months of age to learn basic baby massage techniques and basic starter sign language in one four-week workshop.

This combination of massage and signing is sure to enhance the contentment, communication and connection between parents and their infants. Baby massage has been shown to increase relaxation, reduce stomach issues and enhance the baby-parent bond. Infant sign language helps improve language development and reduce frustration through early pre-verbal communication.

Classes will be taught by Roz Jutras, a Saskatoon mother of two and owner of Mommy Hands Baby Sign Language. Roz is a Canadian Certified Reflexology Therapist and has been teaching baby sign language since 2006.

Spring 2011 classes will be held May 3 - May 24 on Tuesdays between 10:15 and 11 a.m. at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo on Central Avenue. The cost will be $60, which includes all four weeks, plus a take-home manual and Good Night Baby CD.
